You may have steady revenue, a real team, and a meaningful body of work — but feel that your internal systems, culture, or communication haven’t evolved to match where you’re headed next. We're especially aligned with B Corps, nonprofits, and values-led companies that care deeply about their people and long-term impact.

  • More than okay — it’s incredibly common. Many organizations come to us during periods of uncertainty, transition, or tension. Our work starts with assessment and listening so we can understand what’s actually happening beneath the surface, identify root causes, and focus on the areas that will create the greatest clarity and stability.

  • Yes. To do this work well, we need a full picture of how your organization operates today. That may include access to internal documentation, leadership insight, employee feedback, and existing communication materials. This depth allows us to make recommendations that are grounded in reality, not assumptions.

  • It depends on your needs. Some organizations want strategic clarity and a roadmap they can carry forward internally. Others benefit from ongoing advisory or execution support — whether long term or short term.

  • That depends on the scope, size and complexity of the organization, and the level of change involved. Some organizations need focused clarity and strategic direction; others are navigating deeper transformation over time. We work in phases so progress feels manageable, respectful of capacity, and grounded in what your organization can realistically support. When we scope the engagement, we'll include a project timeline.

  • Collaborative, honest, rewarding, and fun! We’re human first and foremost —and our work together is relational, not transactional.

  • We price by the project or engagement, and occasionally we take on monthly or quarterly retainers to provide ongoing support. We do not price by the hour. Pricing is also scaled to reflect the size and complexity of your organization. We take on at least one pro bono or low bono project each year.
