My professional work in design, marketing strategy, and communications began to merge with my identity as an activist and advocate for equity and human rights over a decade ago, and there’s been no looking back.
Working as a marketing and communications leader for over a decade taught me how to spot the cracks and vulnerabilities that inevitably form when marketing desires are disconnected from organizational reality — and ultimately how to use those desires as a tool to inform and influence organizational change.
Today, I am on a mission to help organizations clarify, define, and live by their own missions and values. I work from the inside out and the outside in, where strategies for communications, marketing, organizational design, and social impact are treated as interdependent systems. This way of working gives me a holistic perspective on what a successful organization looks like and behaves like — both from the outside and the inside.
My work is deeply influenced by organizational psychology, social change theory, and DEI principles. I’m a forever learner in these disciplines and more.
