My professional work in design, marketing strategy, and communications began to merge with my identity as an activist and advocate for equity and human rights over a decade ago, and there’s been no looking back.

For well over 15 years, I have worked in marketing, strategic communications, journalism, corporate social responsibility, and organizational strategy – with an extra dash of people and culture initiatives sprinkled throughout. It’s the integration of all these perspectives that informs and shapes my work: My deep understanding of people and how they receive information, coupled with my ecosystem approach, guides me to craft human-centric communications and organizational designs that are not your standard fare.

Today, I am on a mission to help organizations clarify, define, and live by their own missions and values. I work from the inside out and the outside in, where strategies for communications, marketing, organizational design, and workplace culture are treated as interdependent systems. This way of working gives me a holistic perspective on what a successful organization looks like and behaves like — both from the outside and the inside.

My work is deeply influenced by organizational psychology, social change theory, and DEI principles. I’m a forever learner in these disciplines and more.
